ResAd is a Czech private company that provides a platform for larger-scale research and training projects in the field of drugs and serves as organizational base for several research projects. It has established a comprehensive pattern for training programs for the experts in drug epidemiology and drug monitoring and performs study visits and technical assistance projects with focus on fSU countries and other non-EU European countries. COMPONENT 2: Treatment Methodologies (TREAT)
Lead: Zentrum für interdisziplinäre Suchtforschung der Universität Hamburg (ZIS) Germany
The Centre for Interdisciplinary Addiction Research is a cross-subject research centre at the University of Hamburg and focuses on clinical and sociological research in the addiction area. The ZIS successfully managed in a leading role a substantial number of European projects and networks over the past years. Contact person is Mr. Marcus Martens.

COMPONENT 3: Media and Dissemination Strategies (MEDISSA)
Lead:National Bureau for Drug Prevention (KBPN), Poland
Established by the Minister of Health, the Bureau focuses on drug prevention, treatment, rehabilitation and reintegration in co-operation with non-governmental organizations. It is also responsible for drafting, implementing, monitoring and evaluating National Program for Counteracting Drug Addiction. Contact person is Mr. Piotr Jablonski.
