OCAN is responsible for the overall coordination of the project.
In order to ensure coherent strategies, a transnational exchange between Central Asian states and regional donor organisations in the field of drug policies and strategies has to be secured. Such measures include the evaluation of structures and mechanisms in drug policies and the networking of this programme with existent international and national measures implemented by WHO, UNODC, EU, Global Fund, NGOs etc.
